Stuart M. Peikes

Stuart has many years of experience in estate and financial planning, wealth management, and administration of estates. He acts as lawyer and Trustee for a number of individual Living Trusts and as estate lawyer and Trustee for a number of individual Living Trusts and as estate lawyer and Trustee for many Testamentary Trusts. He plays a key role in a wide range of family businesses and has assisted in the implementation of various sophisticated corporate and personal business plans for acquisition, expansion, reorganization, succession, and inter-generational transfer of assets.

In addition, he oversees business and personal matters for a number of clients including the acquisition and management of real estate holdings and he works closely with financial planners, accountants, and brokers with respect to wealth management and tax planning for his clients.

Stuart joined Clark Farb Fiksel in July 2005 after 25 years as the managing partner of Peikes & Halpert.
